Our Beginnings
Motionmex Limited was formed in March 2004 as a response to the demand for a company dedicated to the supply of motion furniture to the UK furniture trade. Motionmex directors, Ray Graham and Paul Sykes, each have more than 25 years experience in the furniture industry and have developed motion furniture with some of the UK’s largest upholstery manufacturers.

Motionmex components are sourced exclusively from Leggett & Platt, the world’s largest producer of recliner mechanisms, Okin GmbH one of the world largest producers of electrical actuators for the furniture, bedding and medical industries and Kintec-Solution GmbH manufacturers of innovative and distinctive modular furniture systems.
